APARTAMENTO ANCOSTA PRIMERA LINEA DE PLAYA.

PARA UN MÍNIMO DE 2 MESES 650€/MES (+ gastos de suministros ( luz , agua, y butano) EN TEMPORADA BAJA.

Edificio de tres plantas. En cada planta hay un apartamento. Los tres apartamentos son iguales. La única variación es la altura ( primero, segundo, tercero.)

El edificio está ubicado en primera linea de playa de arena fina. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, en Avenguda de la Mar, 30.
Tiene excelentes vistas al mar y al castillo del Papa Luna.

Cada apartamento consta de 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con una litera con dos camas de 90.
Un baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada, salon-comedor , un lavadero-tendedero con lavadora. Posee una pequeña terraza con vistas a la playa y al castillo.

La cocina tiene encimera a gas, horno eléctrico, frigorífico, batidora, cafetera, tostadora, ollas, cazuelas, sartenes, platos, vasos, tazas, cubiertos, utensilios para cocinar, etc…….
En el salon se encuentra el sofa-cama y el televisor.
Tiene ropa de cama y plancha con tabla.

Se admiten mascotas mediante una fianza de 150.-€.

Aire acondicionado opcional.
